Fixtures In Swimming Pool
Under water lights on wall mounting is fixed . Even the Jacuzzi nozzles can be installed into panel liner pools. (other steel pool do not have any light fixing system). The pool ladder hand bar etc is also fixed.
Skimmer , inlet nozzles and drain system is fixed into these swimming pools or simply we can have pipeless filter (this remove the need of balancing tank , filter room or any kind of cutting into panel or liner).
Pipeless filter fixing in panel pools:
No special provision is made for fixing of Pipeless filter. They can be into the pool deck or on top of pool deck. (there are around 6 kinds of Pipeless filters are available with Arrdevpools).
Wall hanging Pipe less filter is fixed into panel pool to make it 100% prefabricated. Here no cutting , piping, filter room is needed. The water is more clear as the filters are 25 micron and surface area of filter is also 3.7 sq meter. (This is more than 2000mm dia sand filter).

Liner Laid On Floor Of Swimming Pool:
Liner is fixed before the pool decking which give the clean look for swimming pool. The broder also can be made in liner if required. The color and design of liner are endless With the method of pasting and wielding the possibility of size and design of pool variation is end less. The strength on joints are double as comparison of steel pools. The pasting provide the localize effect of any damage if any on the liner and can be easily repaired. These pool are having flexibility of steps and any kind of structure onto the swimming pools. For example: planters, steps, seating or fountains.
Liner Is Fixed On Wall Of Swimming Pool:
Liner are having the joints after every 6 ft in comparison of tiles which have after every 1 " (inch). So the water proofing and dust do not stick to joints. There are far more neat and symmetric designs in liners.
Liner can be in various design and is pasted with glue on the surface of panel and floor. (the steel liner pool do not paste the liner because they have cloth in between). With pasting and wielding of liner on the surface along with fixing on top of panel wall. The liner had got three time more durability than any other mode of fixing liner.
Fitted At Site With PCC And Brackets As Per Required Size:
Strength: The panels are safe in out side pressure , moist and earth quake. These are made in fiber glass and have certain flexibility. The panel wall is supported by steel made brackets on every interval of 4 ft. MS made brackets are good enough to hold the pool deck frame for wood decking or RCC slab on it.
Size And Shape: The size of pool can be form 8x8x4ft to the 40x80x4 ft . There is no limitation on width and length. Fiber made inbuilt steps also can be provided. The depth of swimming pool is also variable. The other infinity type pool is also possible any water feature around the pool can be integrated into the swimming pool.
Durability:
The surface is smooth and hence no need of putting cloth in between liner and panel. (other liner pool are having metal sheet which is wavy to make it stronger so need cloth cushion in between liner and steel wall). Liner life is more in our pools as it is in the direct contact of panel. The RCC around panel wall is on the panel and give the extra strength to the wall of swimming pool.
Prefabricated Panel Swimming Pool:
Prefabricated: Panels are made in factory and tested before sending to site. The fiber glass panels are plain in surface with joining system with braces at back support. Each panel is made in the design to support itself above ground installation. Panels are made stronger than RCC and Steel wall of conventional liner pools.
